The firm was established in 1991 as PBD-Designo Architects PVT. LTD, founded by our Principal Architect, Pradeep Dhore. Over the years, the practice has steadily expanded in scale, expertise, and impact. In alignment with our continued growth and vision for the future, the firm has been formally incorporated as PBD-Designo Architects PVT. LTD in 2025.

We are a multidisciplinary architectural and master-planning practice engaged in a wide spectrum of projects, ranging from private and public developments to large-scale urban planning initiatives. With a portfolio of more than 1,600 successfully delivered projects, our work is distinguished by thoughtful design, contextual sensitivity, and long-lasting value.

Ar. Pradeep Dhore is the Founder and Principal Architect of PBD-Designo Architects PVT. LTD, the visionary behind the firm's 33-year legacy of technical mastery.

His expertise lies in merging high-level town planning principles with complex structural requirements, making him a specialist in large-scale urban developments, including the firm’s signature 40-acre townships and high-rise commercial projects. Ar. Dhore's decades of technical insight form the core of Designo’s philosophy: delivering designs that are not just aesthetically pleasing, but operationally sound, regulatory compliant, and engineered for long-term value. His leadership ensures that innovation and technical certainty are at the heart of every project.

Sheetal Pradeep Dhore is a Board Director at PBD-Designo Architects PVT. LTD and the financial strategist who fortifies the firm’s vision with precision and prudence. As Head of Accounts and a Bachelor of Commerce graduate, she architects the organization’s financial ecosystem—harmonizing capital planning, investment strategy, cost rationalization, and fiscal governance. Her astute analytical insight transforms numbers into strategy, enabling informed decision-making and sustainable expansion. With unwavering commitment to compliance, transparency, and long-term value creation, she safeguards financial integrity while driving operational excellence.
